circuits, programmed to push your limits and backed by a room that won’t let you quit. No two sessions are the same. No
rep is wasted. And no one is left behind.

you build, progress through, and come back to. Not a one-time experiment. A habit with compounding returns.

No queuing. No waiting. Two studio-grade cold plunge units where each independently temperature-controlled so two protocols can run simultaneously.

Bookable as a standalone session

You don’t have to train to recover. Book a cold plunge session independently before work, after a run, or on a rest day when your body needs it most.

Chase Cold Plunge is structured as a three-stage practice. You don’t start at the deep end. You earn it by
building tolerance, technique, and mental control at each level before moving to the next.

Introduction

Your first encounter with cold immersion. Controlled breathing, short duration, guided entry. This is where the practice begins and where most people realize it’s more mental than physical.

7°C – 10°C
Performance

The workhorse protocol. Used by members who train regularly and want maximum recovery benefit. Cold enough to trigger the full physiological response, manageable enough to sustain.

Advanced

For those who have built the practice. Serious cold, serious mental demand, serious returns. Not a shortcut but a reward for consistency in the previous stages.
