WHY CHASE?
WHY CHASE?
The skills matter. The certifications matter. But what we’re really looking for is someone who sets a standard and keeps it, not when it’s easy, but especially when it isn’t. Someone who is genuinely invested in the people around them. Someone who gets better every week because they choose to, not because they’re told to.
Chase doesn’t need people who are impressive on paper. We need people who are undeniable in practice.
WHO WE ARE
STANDARDS OVER
CREDENTIALS
We don’t hire CVs, we hire people.

1 Genuine investment in people
You don’t perform care. You actually give it. Every member, every interaction, every time, regardless of how tired you are or how busy the floor is.
2 Personal standards that don’t slip
You don’t need a manager to notice when something is off. You notice. And you fix it before anyone asks.
3 A team-first mentality
Your success and the team’s success are the same thing to you. If that sentence needs explaining, this isn’t the right place.
4 A hunger to keep growing
The version of you that walks in on day one should be the weakest version of you that ever works here. That’s not pressure, that’s the point.

This ISN’T the right place
if you are any of the following

Chase is built by people who don’t need to be managed into excellence.
If that’s you, keep reading.
CAREER
OPEN POSITIONS
Roles across coaching, creative, and operations. All full-time, in KL. Read through, and if none of them fit but you know you belong here, reach out anyway.
The class is 45 minutes. The impact lasts longer than that. We need a coach who understands that what happens in that dark room i.e. the energy, the cues, the moment someone pushes past what they thought they had, is the product. Not the playlist. Not the bike. You. If you can build that experience consistently, week after week, and make members feel like they’d have quit without you in the room, this role is yours to own.
Programming is a skill. Coaching is a discipline. We need someone who has both and knows that the most important rep in any session is the one that happens when a member wants to stop. You understand periodization, you understand progression, and you understand that the best coaching is invisible to the person receiving it. You just made them better. They think they did it themselves. That’s the job.
Precision is the product. One centimeter of misalignment changes the entire session and you know that. You see it before the member feels it. Your coaching cues are specific, your corrections are immediate, and your ability to manage a mixed-ability room without leaving anyone behind is what separates a good Pilates class from a Chase Pilates class. We need that person.
Anyone can point a camera. We need someone who understands that the best piece of content doesn’t feel like content but it feels like a window into something worth being part of. You shoot and edit with intention. You know what the Chase brand stands for and you protect it with every frame. You understand that premium doesn’t mean boring, it means deliberate. If your portfolio makes us want to train here, send it.
Operations is the invisible infrastructure that makes everything else possible. When it works perfectly, no one notices. When it doesn’t, everyone does. We need someone who takes that seriously, who is proactive enough to solve problems before they surface, organized enough to manage competing priorities without dropping anything, and invested enough in the Chase standard to treat every operational detail like it matters. Because it does.
Studio crew are the first and last touchpoint of every member experience. You keep the floor running, the rooms ready, the check-ins smooth, and the small details under control before anyone has to ask. We need someone who understands that hospitality is not just being friendly, it is being aware. You notice what is missing, you move before problems become visible, and you help protect the standard that makes Chase feel sharp, clean, and intentional.
A studio only runs smoothly when someone is paying attention to everything at once. The team, the rooms, the schedule, the member flow, the standards, and the small issues that can become big ones if ignored. We need someone who can lead from the floor, make decisions quickly, support the crew, and keep the studio operating with clarity and control. You understand that leadership here is not about holding a title. It is about owning the room before anyone has to ask.
Coffee is not a side detail. It is part of the experience people remember before or after class. We need someone who can move fast without making the process feel rushed, who understands consistency, cleanliness, timing, and how to make every order feel considered. You know that a good barista does more than make drinks. You set the tone, manage the counter, keep the space alive, and make people want to come back even on days they are not training.
A cafe only looks simple when someone is managing it properly. Stock, service, hygiene, costing, team rhythm, and customer experience all have to work at the same time. We need someone who takes ownership of the space like it is their own, who can lead the team, control daily operations, and keep standards consistent without waiting to be chased. You understand that a cafe inside a fitness studio is not just selling drinks. It is building atmosphere, retention, and another reason for members to stay.
