Need to make a change? No problem.
You can cancel your Chase Renew subscription or adjust your session package size anytime by opening our Chase mobile app, go to “My Subscription”, and scroll to the bottom of the page. You’ll see a Cancel Subscription button → Tap to confirm, and you’re all set. You can also reach out directly to the studio. Just make sure to submit your request at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Otherwise, your plan will renew as usual, and you’ll receive your next month of sessions.
Yes, Chase Renew sessions are valid for 30 days.
Any unused sessions will automatically expire at the end of your billing cycle and cannot be extended, rolled over, or refunded. We recommend you to use them to get the most out of your month.
