Cold immersion is the most efficient recovery tool available. It reduces inflammation, accelerates muscle repair, and
triggers a mental clarity that no amount of rest alone can replicate. At Chase, it is also a practice, it is something
you build, progress through, and come back to. Not a one-time experiment. A habit with compounding returns.
