ChaseFit Sdn Bhd Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • As a general rule, credits purchased are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only considered if two identical packages are purchased on the same day. In such cases, instead of a refund, the expiration date of the credits will be frozen.

2. Credit Freezing Policy

  • If two identical packages are purchased on the same day, customers can request to freeze the expiration date of the credits.
  • To request freezing of credits, please contact our customer service team via email at hello@chasefit.my with your purchase details.

3. Class Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If a class is canceled by ChaseFit Sdn Bhd, the credits used to book the class will be automatically returned to your account.
  • Customers may cancel or reschedule their booked classes up to 24 hours before the class start time without penalty.
  • Credits used to book classes that are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable.

4. No-Shows

  • Credits used for classes where the customer does not show up without prior cancellation or rescheduling will not be refunded.

5. Package Management

  • Customers are encouraged to manage their credits and packages carefully to avoid any loss of credits due to expiration.

6. Special Circumstances

  • Refunds or special considerations for medical or personal emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Promotional credits, complimentary credits, or credits received through special offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Payment Methods

  • Any applicable refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

9. Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding credits or refunds should be addressed to our customer service team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be escalated to senior management for further review.

ChaseFit Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels and updated on our website.
