Your subscription comes with a 6-month minimum commitment. During this period, the plan will auto-renew monthly on your renewal date, and your credits will be added into your account each month.

After the 6-month commitment period is completed, you may cancel your subscription or adjust your session package size through the Chase mobile app.

To cancel:

Open the Chase mobile app → go to My Subscription → scroll to the bottom of the page → tap Cancel Subscription → confirm your cancellation.

Please note that this plan is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and unused credits do not roll over to the following month.
